Robert Pugliano, CPC, CES, CAC is the Founder and Managing Partner of Blackthorn Advisors, bringing over 25 years of experience across M&A, capital acquisition advisory, and strategic consulting within the staffing, technology, and commercial services sectors.

He began his career in the staffing industry, later expanding into capital markets and funding advisory. In 2006, he founded Prosperity Funding, building it into a leading lender to the staffing industry with an annual lending portfolio exceeding $150 million. Through Blackthorn Advisors, Robert has led over 59 acquisitions and capital raise transactions across IT, healthcare, manufacturing, and professional services. He maintains active client relationships nationwide and internationally.
